DAYTON TOWNSHIP
Proposed Special Meeting Minutes
January 30, 2016

Meeting was called to order at 10:30 a.m. with the pledge to the flag. Members Bob Cook, Eleanor Kilmer, Amanda Gusek and Bob Steele were present.

Special meeting called to fill the trustee position. The board received three applications for the trustee position; Travis Klimek, Greg Lotter and one other application received from Leo Shafke, which was mailed to each of the board member's residences.

Bob read the applications, then he had questions for the applicants.

At this time there was a motion to accept Greg Lotter as trustee by Steele, seconded by Kilmer. Motion carried with a roll call vote to follow: Steele - yes, Kilmer-yes, Gusek-yes, Cook-yes. Motion carried.

Motion for adjournment by Steele, seconded by Kilmer, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 10:17 a.m.

Reopened meeting at 10:20 a.m. to approve 1-30-16 Special Meeting Minutes. Motioned by Steele, seconded by Kilmer. Motion carried with a roll call vote to follow: Steele - yes, Kilmer-yes, Gusek-yes, Cook-yes. Motion carried.

Motion for adjournment by Steele, seconded by Kilmer, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 10:30 a.m
