Regular Meeting Minutes

January 6, 2020

Call to order with pledge to the Flag-Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm
Minutes of Previous Meeting – Motion to approve minutes for previous meeting made by Steele, seconded by Lotter, motion carried.
Public Comment – There was a petition presented by Bert Slater that was signed by several residents requesting the replacement of several culverts along Shay Lake and Gifford drives due to pooling water. Also, Gifford & Lakeview needs a load of Gravel. Albrecht has been out of gravel, the road commission is getting it from Webbers. Bob would not be surprised if Webber is out as well.

Supervisor

Board of Review Training-Will be held in Frankenmuth on 1/30-sending 4 people
Wilkinson Chemical ready for next year. We have had several bills from them, we had some smaller bills for the new gravel sections only.

Financial Report- Eleanor read financial report.   

Clerk

Expense Report-Tony read the expense report totaling $27,580.58. Motion to pay bills made by Steele, seconded by Lotter. The Motion Carried.  
Primary Election-To be held on 3/10 we are in preparation for this, which includes Absentee ballots
