Planning Commission Meeting
October 17, 2016

Meeting Called to order at 7:30pm by Chairman Travis Klimek.

Present were Ernie Coleman, Chris Yens, Travis Klimek, Hilary Slusher, Doug Graham, Bob Steele, and Bob Cook.

Minutes from August 13,  2016 were read by Hilary Slusher, accepted by Bob Steele, seconded by Doug Graham.

PUBLIC COMMENT: No public comment.

ZONING  ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT-BOB COOK: There was one pole barn permit issued.

OLD BUSINESS: The EDC was not able to attend the meeting and they had a set back with the computer program that sets up our Master Plan. They are working to fix the problem and should attend our next meeting. Board members are to keep taking pictures of our historical markers, farms, lakes, etc and sending them to Vicky Sherry at

NEW BUSINESS: Wells Township sent their Master Plan to our township for review and comments. After we reviewed it we all agreed it was a good Master Plan.

Motion to adjourn the meeting made by Bob Steele, seconded by Chris Yens, meeting was adjourned at 8:12 p.m.
