Regular Meeting Minutes
October 3, 2016

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. with the pledge to the flag. Members Bob Cook, Eleanor Kilmer, Amanda Gusek, and Greg Lotter were present. Bob Steele absent.

 Minutes from the September 5, 2016 meeting were motioned for approval by Lotter and seconded by Kilmer. Motion carried with 4 yes.   

Public Comment:   Rick Seidler commented on the roads.  Bob replied the Road Commission is working on them. Rick also asked about plowing snow this winter.  

Ambulance:   Glenn Fox was present.  No report.

Planning Commission:   Travis was present and gave report. There were no questions.

Zoning Administrator:   No Report

Blight Officer: Our residents are to be complimented for cleaning up their property, mowing their lawns and road sides.

Cemetery:  We had one cremation at the West Dayton cemetery for Virginia Taylor.

Assessor:  Joan was present.  No Report

Trustee: Steele was not present.

Supervisor:  Everything has been going great. We are getting the roads fixed.

Treasurer: reported income of $260.00 and expenses of $27,600.88 for a balance on hand of $244,048.20 there is $10,106.01in the checking. There is $22,672.50 in money market account and a CD face value of $211,269.69. 

Clerk: Invoice to be paid with the AUTO EFT and checks#7567-#7579 in the amount of $28,139.88. After a brief explanation of said invoices it was motioned by Kilmer, seconded by Lotter to pay bills. Motion carried with 4 yes.

New Business:  Leo asked about the flooring for the hall, we hope to have it done by the  November Elections

Motion to adjourn the meeting made by Lotter, seconded by Kilmer. Motion carried and meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
