1.Call to order with pledge to the Flag-Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm

2.Minutes of Previous Meeting – Motion to approve minutes for previous meeting made by Steele, seconded by Lotter, motion carried.

3.Public Comment – Several Residents from Cat Lake came to voice their concerns about Wilson Acres Farm. It is zoned agricultural. Private road is only access to farm and should not be allowed to be used for large amounts of public traffic. Zoning ordinances can be purchased from Bob Cook for $10. Right to farm act allows for 250’ for structures from property line, township is 40’. It was recommended for Cat Lake association to update private road signage, and speak to their attorney. Do they need displayed licenses from state? No.

Roads-Lee Hill is looking good now.

Financial Report- Eleanor read financial report. Assets are currently $226,802.69.

7.Clerk

Expense Report-Tony Shaver read the expense report totaling $23,196.00. Motion to pay bills made by Steele, seconded by Lotter. The Motion Carried.
