Planning Commission Minutes
December 17, 2018

 Meeting called to order at 7:05 pm by Travis Klimek.

 Members Present were Bob Steele, Doug Graham, Ernie Coleman, and Travis Klimek.
Absent were Ralph Mock, Hilary Slusher, and Chris Yens.

 Minutes from October 15, 2018 were read by Travis Klimek, motioned for approval by Doug Graham, seconded by Ernie Coleman. Motion carried.

 Public Comment: No public comment.

Zoning Administrator: Bob Cook was present. 1 pole barn addition and 1 green house were permitted.  Discussed the Shay Lake bridge opening.

New Business: None

Ongoing Business: Article 5 was discussed. Motion made by Doug Graham to accept Article 5 with no changes, Seconded by Ernie Coleman. Motion carried.

The next Planning Commission meeting will be February 18, 2019.

 Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Bob Steele, seconded by Doug Graham at 7:56pm. Motion carried.
