Minutes from the March 5, 2018 meeting were motioned for approval by Steele and seconded by Lotter after Rick mentioned that he did turn in the P.A 116 in March, and wanted that added in. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Public Comment: There was a question about the road repair on Shay Lake Rd. Bob Cook said they were going to be putting gravel down to help with the upcoming traffic.

Mayville Library:  No report.

Planning Commission: Travis Klimek was present, and stated that their last meeting was two months ago, and they went over the fact that they are going to be starting their 5 year review soon. Also there was some talk of blight, to which Bob said he was going to be taking care of it. The next meeting is in two weeks, which is the 16th of this month.

Zoning Administrator:  Bob issued permits for 2 land divisions, and said that with the prices of scrap going up, that should help with some of the blight problems.

Cemetery:  Eleanor reported that we did not have any burials this past month, and that she has been working on the military grave markers and flags, and found out that the county will now buy them, so that will help the townships. Liz Lambert and Brian Stout have been working on the maps, and they will be up at the Mayville museum. Bob Cook mentioned that he talked with Keith Fritz, and he will be giving us a cost soon once he counts the trees, and said he would be reasonable and take them to his place and cut them up.

 Assessor:  No comment.

Trustee: Greg Lotter mentioned that he had some trouble getting onto the website.

Supervisor:   Bob spoke on the roads and said that Wilkes Chemical gave him the same price as last year. Brown road is going to get some work. He said the road commission will no longer brine, so we would have to buy that ourselves. He also said that if the dust gets too bad on the detour route, it may need another application. He said on the maps, if there is a double line, it is our responsibility, and if it’s a black line, it’s the other township’s responsibility. Mayville rd. from Maple Grove to Plain will get asphalted this year. They are also replacing two tubes at no charge to us. He is not sure how long that project will take.

Treasurer: No report to give at this time because she is still getting some information.

Clerk: Invoices to be paid with the AUTO EFT and checks #7977-8000 in the amount of $. During reading, we found that Eleanor’s check was printed in the wrong amount, so it would be voided and re- printed.
