New Business: Joan Fackler was present. She talked about the GIS, which is Global Information Systems that the county went through and they did each and every parcel dimension. Also the county made a map and they put them all together so they are to scale, now we can bring them all up in owner software, so that when we go to look at a parcel we know where the boundary lines are. They also gave us an aerial view of the build view and the county has us on a list for an update as it has not been done since 2010. They want to do this every five years. The other phase of it is through the state software. We are responsible to make sure that the records are available to the public. The people that use that service the most are the lending institutions and title companies. BS&A is a software company that we are using all this information through. They are hosting an “access” for the townships where anyone can login. There is a small fee. Not for the township. Joan would like to get this passed. No Questions. Moved by Steele Seconded by Amanda Gusek. Motioned carried.
