Call to order with pledge to the Flag-Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm
Minutes of Previous Meeting – Motion to approve minutes for previous meeting made by Steele, seconded by Lotter, motion carried.


Public Comment – Glen Fox thanked board for brine on his road. Shaver road was not brined initially but was done. Sue Kirby, who is a precinct delegate asked about where to drop of AV ballots. Clerk Shaver explained that AV ballots can be dropped off at the Clerks home office at 3201 Mayville Road by appointment 260-243-1054. Don from 4276 woodland (Cat Lake Association President) came to introduce himself to the board. Larry Chapman of the Cat Lake Association came as well.

Blight Enforcement Officer-No Report


Cemetery-Fritz Burial 


Assessor-No Report


Trustees-Greg Lotter Mentioned the county sprayed along roads and it is working well. We should look at doing this in the future. Also discussed trees falling in the road and it is homeowners responsibility for any damages caused by trees.  


Supervisor
Roads-Chloride has been done on all roads. We signed agreement for Lee Hill gravel patching, 1 foot of pit run will be added for half mile with crushed on top. 
Tire Collection-There was a fantastic turnout. We filled a whole trailer. 

 
Treasurer
Financial Report- Eleanor read financial report. Assets are currently $236,733.46

 
Clerk
Expense Report-Tony Shaver read the expense report totaling $54,419.04. Motion to pay bills made by Lotter, seconded by Steele. The Motion Carried.


Election Reimbursement-Tony Shaver mentioned that an election reimbursement was received for the March Presidential Primary
