Proposed Meeting Minutes

April 1, 2019

 

1.Call to order with pledge to the Flag-Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm

2.Minutes of Previous Meeting & Budget Hearing – Motion to approve minutes from budget hearing made by Steele, seconded by Lotter, motion carried. Motion to approve minutes (with minor correction) for previous meeting made by Steele, seconded by Lotter, motion carried.

3.Public Comment – Gravel is needed on Shay Lake road, Mike Tymzak from Murray road mentioned there is a large amount of traffic on Murray road. Bob Cook talked about taking care of the issues. Gravel is already slated for Murray road.

Library – Mayville-No Report
Planning Commission-Travis Klimek, next meeting in 2 weeks, they are working through the book little by little
Zoning Administrator-2 Land Divisions, 0 Dwelling Permit, 0 Pole Barn
Blight Enforcement Officer-Working on delivering blight ordnances, will follow up in 30 days or so
Cemetery-None
Assessor-No Report
Trustees-None 

5.Supervisor

Roads-Tire Collection will be 5/24 7-5, looking for volunteers-will be asking sheriff for help
Insurance-renewal 7/1

6.Treasurer

Financial Report- Eleanor read financial report. Eleanor found that $24,000 was recorded as delinquent taxes in April 2018 was actually for garbage fees.

7.Clerk

Expense Report-Tony read the expense report total $77,036.49. Motion to pay bills made by Steele, seconded by Lotter. The Motion Carried.
Absentee-Many absentee ballots coming in, if you need an application let Tony know, you can also register to vote with Clerk up until the day of the election.
Mayville School Election at Watertown Township Hall will be held on 5/7
