Section 4.08 CONFORMITY to APPROVED PLANS
Property which is the subject of plot plan or site plan approval must be developed in
strict compliance with the approved plan and any revisions thereto which have received
the written approval of the Township Board or, in the case of a plot plan, the Zoning
Administrator. If construction and development does not conform with such approved
plans, the approval shall be revoked by the Zoning Administrator pursuant to the
procedure in Section 3.03(C)(3). Upon revocation of such approval, all construction
activities shall immediate cease upon the site, other than for the purpose of correcting
