Dayton Township Board of Review for 2026 will be held at the Township Hall, located at 4879 Hurds Corner Rd., Mayville,  MI  48744, on the following dates:

Organizational Meeting – (Organizational only - no petitions heard)

Tuesday March 3, 2026

March Board of Review – (petitions/appeals heard)

Monday March 9, 2026

9:00 to 3:00     Dayton Twp Hall

Wednesday March 11, 2026

 3:00 to 9:00    Dayton Twp Hall

The tentative ratios and the estimated multipliers for each class of real property and personal property for 2025 are as follows:

*Agricultural ............    44.54%                        1.12259

July/Dec BOR Meeting

Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 11:00 am & Wednessday, December 16, 2026 at
11:00 am at Dayton Twp Hall

Re July & Dec Board of Review dates:
(1) The July Board of Review meets on the Tuesday following the third Monday in July if there is business to conduct. An alternative start date may be approved by resolution of the assessment jurisdiction’s governing body but the alternate date must be during the same week.
(2) The December Board of Review meets on the Tuesday following the second Monday in December if there is business to conduct. An alternative start date may be approved by resolution of the assessment jurisdiction’s governing body but it has to be the alternative date must be during this the same week.
